Returns & Refunds policy
Quality and Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We guarantee our merchandise to be of the highest quality, and to be delivered to you as described. Therefore genesiscreations7.com gladly accepts returns within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise condition with all original contents included with the shipment (i.e. warranties, manuals, security seals, straps etc.) We must receive your returned items within 28 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and issue a partial refund for opened or used products. genesiscreations7.com does not pay return postage cost. You must call or e-mail us regarding why you want to return an item, and get an okay from us before you mail it out, or you will not receive a refund. As a result of our own error:
If the return is as a result of our error or defective merchandise, we will refund the full cost of the product and shipping charges. This includes Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect Items received may be returned for a full refund. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
When your return is received, we will inspect the item and issue an exchange or a refund as requested by you.
Products returned after 21 days:
We will issue a partial refund for most returns initiated more than 21 days after delivery or received within 28 days because of devaluation of products. We may reduce the refund further depending on the condition of the product.
Product Exchange or Replacement:
If you want us to send a replacement item (if available), we must receive the original item first within 21 days from the date you initiated the return, or you will have to pay full price.
Estimated shipping and handling time:
genesiscreations7.com will generally ship your item within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We typically ship via USPS parcel post or priority for now.
Refund Policy:
We inspect all returned items. We refund the full cost of the product and all original shipping charges if your return Is as a result of our error or DOA. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.
If the return is not as a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping. Return shipping costs are non refundable. If an item has been opened or shows signs of wear or/and tear, we will issue a partial refund excluding original shipping charge. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
We will process your refund within 3 weeks or sooner of shipping your package back to us. Our estimate is based on time for return shipping, item inspection, and funds processing by your financial institution. You will be notified via email with the details of your refund.
Undeliverable Items:
If you refuse to accept your delivery, or your merchandise is undeliverable because you moved without notice or failed to keep your delivery appointments/notices, you will receive a refund less any shipping cost.
Furthermore, upon inspection, Items not in their original condition, may qualify for a partial refund of the product's price less any shipping costs.

Final Sale items.
Perfumes and Fragrances.
Ink Cartridges.
Medical Items (eg. Diabetes test stripes, Diabetes machines, Breast pumps etc.)
Swimwear with any tags or liners removed or has been worn/used.
Perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers, etc.)
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software (new or used), video game, and cassette tapes.
Any uniquely labeled designer wear, handbags and accessories whose security tag has been removed.
Products must be returned in the pack with all individual items unopened.
